Duane Lockwood became our realtor in 2010. He was very knowledgeable about the realestate market in and around Atlanta, GA. Duane worked closely with us in showing the house and suggested areas of improvement to aid in the selling. As we were in a depressed market, and also living out of state, Duane either emailed or telephoned us to keep us abreast of changes that affected the property. All processes involving the house were done in a timely and efficient manner. So that we would not have to make so many trip from out of state, Duane was willing to meet repair or inspection persosnnel on our behalf. The property sold in Septeber 2012. We are very grateful for his assistance in helping us sell our property. A major factor to us was that he was always honest and straight forward about the changing market and we feel that we got the best deal in an ever changing market.
